- **الشروط والأحكام**
- يجب على العملاء إحضار الهوية عند شراء التذكرة وعند السفر لضمان مطابقة أسماء وأعمار جميع العملاء
- يجب أن يقدم العميل هوية سارية عند السفر
- يتحمل العملاء مسؤولية ضمان سريان وشمولية تذاكرهم طول مدة رحلتهم
- يتم فتح مكاتب تسجيل الأمتعة قبل ساعتين من المغادرة
- يتم إغلاق بوابات الصعود إلى القطار قبل 10 دقائق من موعد المغادرة المحدد
- يتم فتح صالة درجة رجال الأعمال قبل ساعتين من المغادرة
- يتم إغلاق مكتب التذاكر المخصص للبيع والاستفسارات المتعلقة بخدمات السفر قبل 20 دقيقة من المغادرة
- عند إلغاء الرحلات أو تأخيرها لأكثر من ساعتين بسبب الظروف الموضحة في لوائح قطار الحرمين السريع، يحق للعملاء استرداد ثمن التذكرة و / أو تعويض عنها بما يتماشى مع التزامات ميثاق المسافر المنصوص عليها في لوائح قطار الحرمين السريع
- يجب أن يرافق الأطفال (بعمر 2 إلى 12 عامًا) شخصًا بالغًا على الأقل (يكون عمره فوق الثامنة عشر)، كما يجب أن يرافق كل رضيع دون عامين شخص بالغ بنسبة 1:1
- يجب على العملاء الجلوس في الحافلة والمقعد المخصص لهم في تذكرتهم
- عند إلغاء خدمة بسبب أي ظروف قاهرية، يتم إعفاء قطار الحرمين السريع من تقديم أي تعويض للعملاء غير ثمن التذكرة كاملًا، بما يتماشى مع ميثاق المسافر
- إذا تأخر العملاء عن الوصول إلى بوابة الصعود إلى القطار فسيتم إلغاء حجزهم ولن يتم استرداد أي مبالغ مستحقة. ومع ذلك، فإن آلية الحجز لدينا مرنة جدا ويمكن تغييرها أو إلغاؤها قبل المغادرة (قد يتم تطبيق رسوم)
- جميع التذاكر غير قابلة للتحويل ولا يمكن استخدامها إلا من قبل الشخص المذكور اسمه في التذكرة
- لا تنطبق الخصومات على العروض الخاصة أو الأسعار الترويجية
- يحتفظ قطار الحرمين السريع بالحق في تعديل أسعار التذاكر في أي وقت. كما يحتفظ أيضًا بالحق في إلغاء أو تعديل أو إعادة جدولة أي عروض ترويجية دون إشعار مسبق
- تعتبر التواريخ الميلادية هي التواريخ الرسمية التي سيتم استخدامها على جميع التذاكر
- لا يمكن حجز مقعد في درجة رجال الأعمال أو الدرجة السياحية للأطفال الذين تقل أعمارهم عن عامين
- يمنع منعًا باتًا التدخين في جميع مرافق المحطة وداخل حافلات القطار. وسيتم فرض عقوبات صارمة عند عدم الالتزام بذلك
- لن يُسمح بالصعود بأي أمتعة خاصة على متن قطار الحرمين السريع بدون تذكرة سارية
- لن يتم التسامح مع أي لهجة أو سلوك مسيء تجاه الموظفين في أي وقت
- يجب أن يتوافق مظهر ولباس العميل المسافر على متن قطار الحرمين السريع مع تقاليد المملكة العربية السعودية
- يمنع منعًا باتًا شحن الأسلحة والمواد القابلة للاشتعال والحاويات المضغوطة. كما يمنع منعًا باتًا حمل الأسلحة والأشياء الحادة على متن القطار
- لا يُسمح بإحضار الأطعمة والمشروبات على متن القطار
- يجب مراقبة الأطفال في جميع الأوقات، حرصاً على سلامة العملاء
- لا يجوز اصطحاب الحيوانات
- مدفوعات بطاقة مدى: قد تتأخر المبالغ المستردة إلى بطاقات مدى التي تمت معالجتها بعد أكثر من 14 يومًا من الشراء الأصلي لمدة تصل إلى 4 أسابيع إضافية بسبب سياسة معالجة استرداد الأموال التي تطبقها شركة مدى والبنك الذي أصدر بطاقتك
- لا يمكن تغيير أو استرداد التذاكر التي تم شراؤها من مكاتب بيع التذاكر أو عن طريق الأجهزة الذاتية في المحطات

- Customers must bring identification when buying a ticket and when traveling to ensure conformity of the names and ages of all customers
- Valid customer ID must be presented when travelling
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid ticket applicable for their entire journey
- Baggage check-in desks will open 2 hours before departure
- Boarding gates will close 10 minutes before the stated departure time
- Business Class Lounge opens 2 Hours before departure
- The ticket office will close 20 minutes before departure for sales and enquiries relating to the departing service
- Customers are entitled to a refund and/or compensation in line with HHR’s Passenger Charter commitments when services are cancelled or delayed beyond 2 hours owing to circumstances within HHR’s control
- Children (2 to 12 years) travelling in our seated accommodation must travel with at least one other adult (18+) in their group. Infants under the age of 2 must be accompanied by an adult at a ratio of 1:1
- Customers must sit in the coach and seat allocated to them on their ticket
- When a service is cancelled due to force majeure, HHR will be exempt from providing passengers with compensation in line with the Passenger Charter, apart from providing customers with a full ticket refund
- If customers are late to the boarding gate, their booking will be cancelled and no refund due. However, our fares are flexible and can be changed or cancelled before departure (fees may apply)
- All tickets are non-transferable, and can only be used by the named person on the ticket
- Discounts are not applicable to special offers or promotional fares
- HHR reserves the right to amend ticket prices at any time. HHR also reserves the right to cancel, amend or reschedule any promotional offers without notice
- Gregorian’s dates are the official dates that will be used on all tickets
- Infants under 2 will not receive a seat reservation in Business or Economy Class
- It is strictly prohibited to smoke in all station facilities and inside the train coaches. Failure to comply can lead to penalties
- Baggage will not be permitted onboard HHR trains without a valid ticket
- Abusive language and behavior towards staff will not be tolerated at any time
- Passenger’s dress code onboard HHR trains must be in accordance to public dress code laws of KSA
- It is strictly prohibited to ship weapons, flammable materials and compressed containers. The carriage of weapons and sharp items on-board is strictly prohibited
- Food and beverages are not permitted to be brought on-board
- In the interest of customer safety, children must be supervised at all times
- The transportation of animals is not permitted
- Mada card payments: Refunds to mada card processed more than 14 days after the original purchase may be delayed up to an additional 4 weeks due to the refund processing policy enforced by mada and your issuing bank
- Tickets bought at stations ticket offices and vending machines cannot be changed or refunded
