# معلومة إضافية


- **الشروط والأحكام:**
- معايير المستأجر: العمر من 21 إلى 60 عامًا، مع رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول (صلاحية لا تقل عن 6 أشهر)
- تحتفظ شركة لومي بكامل الحق في رفض أو إلغاء الحجز - حتى وإن كان مؤكد مسبقًا– وذلك في حال تبين عدم استيفاء العميل لشروط وأهلية التأجير وقت تسليم السيارة
- **سياسة التأمين والحوادث:**
- يتحمل المستأجر مبلغ نسبة التحمل في حال وقوع حادث، بشرط وجود تقرير رسمي وكون السائق مفوضًا بالقيادة
- تتراوح قيمة التحمل بين 1,500 إلى 5,000 ريال سعودي للأضرار العرضية في حال عدم شمول خدمة (CDW)، حسب سياسة الشركة
- تطبق نسبة التحمل بغض النظر عن نسبة الخطأ في تقرير المرور، وتخضع التغطية لشروط بوليصة التأمين
- يُعدّ تقرير الشرطة أو محضر نجم إلزاميًا لمعالجة مطالبة التأمين. في حال عدم وجود تقرير رسمي، يتحمّل العميل المسؤولية الكاملة عن أي أضرار لحقت به، كما تقوم شركة التأجير بتحصيل أي رسوم تأخير مطبقة عليه مباشرةً
- يتحمل العميل المسؤولية الكاملة عن أي أضرار لا يدعمها تقرير رسمي من الجهات الأمنية
- **سياسة التأجير والمدد:**
- الحد الأدنى للتأجير هو 24 ساعة. عند التأخير، تمنح أول ساعتين مجانًا، ثم يتم الاحتساب بالساعة للساعتين التاليتين. وفي حال تجاوز التأخير 4 ساعات، يتم احتساب يوم كامل
- في حال التأخر في إعادة المركبة بعد انتهاء فترة الإيجار، يكون العميل مسؤولاً عن دفع تكلفة الساعات الإضافية حتى يتم التسليم الفعلي
- الحد الأدنى للإيجار الشهري هو 30 يوم
- **نوع المركبة**: يتم تأكيد الحجز حسب "فئة السيارة" وليس نوعًا محددًا؛ ويحق للشركة توفير موديل بديل من نفس الفئة السعرية
- **السائق الإضافي**: العقد يشمل سائقًا واحدًا فقط؛ ويمكن إضافة سائق إضافي مقابل 50 ريالاً

# Additional Information


- **Terms and Conditions:**
- Renter Criteria: Age 21 to 60 with a valid driving license (minimum 6 months validity)
- Lumi reserves the right to decline or cancel the rental, even after the booking has been confirmed, if the customer does not meet the rental eligibility criteria at the time of vehicle handover
- **Insurance & Accidents:**
- Insurance excess applies in case of an accident if a legally authorised driver is driving the vehicle, and a police report is submitted
- An excess fee of 1,500 SAR to 5,000 SAR may apply for accidental damage if CDW is not included, as per company policy
- Insurance excess is regardless of the percentage of mistake as per the police report, and insurance coverage is as per the insurance policy terms (available on request)
- A Police or Najm report is mandatory for insurance claim processing. In the absence of an official report, the customer will be held fully liable for any damages incurred, and any applicable late return charges will be collected directly from the customer by the rental company
- The customer is liable for any damage to the vehicle that is not supported by a police report
- **Rental Duration & Delays:**
- The minimum rate period is 24 hours, after which the first two hours are free, and then the renter will be charged on an hourly basis for the next 2 hours. Beyond 4 hours, a full day’s charge will apply
- In case of delay in return of the vehicle beyond the rental period, the customer is responsible for paying for the extra hours until the drop-off is made
- Minimum period for monthly rental is 30 days
- Vehicle confirmation is by car group only. The company reserves the right to provide substitute models within the same tariff group as detailed above
- The rental is for one driver only; an additional driver can be added for SAR 50

# Cancellation Policy

- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hour(s) before the selected activity date
