- By booking this activity, you confirm that you are in suitable health to participate. The activity is not recommended for individuals with high blood pressure, epilepsy, heart conditions, asthma, pregnant women, persons with disabilities (PWDs), the elderly, or infants. By taking part, you acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with the activity. Provided all safety procedures are followed, the operator shall not be held liable for any unforeseen incidents to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your booking confirms that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these terms, which form a binding agreement between you and the operator
- Round-trip transfer service: A minimum of two persons is required to book the pick-up service
- Please check with the operator for the free transfer areas, as well as the pick-up and drop-off times
- Outside service areas: A surcharge applies for guests staying at the following beaches: Nai Harn, Rawai, Chalong, Cape Panwa, Laem Hin, Phuket Town and its suburbs, Layan, Nai Thon, Nai Yang, Mai Khao, and Ao Po. The fee is THB 1,400 for 1–4 passengers and THB 1,800 for 5–10 passengers
