- يرجى إتمام إجراءات التسجيل والوصول قبل 15 دقيقة على الأقل من موعد بدء الجولة المحدد
- يجب على الضيوف الالتزام بجميع تعليمات السلامة التي يقدمها المنظم والجلوس في المقعد المحدد من الفريق

- By purchasing or using this ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions, as well as any additional instructions or restrictions provided by the organiser before or during the tour:
- Guests under 16 years old may only participate if they provide written and signed consent from a parent or legal guardian
- Please note that this is a shared tour, and you may be joined by other participants if more than one person books the activity for the same time
- For safety reasons, participation is not permitted if you are pregnant, under the influence of medication, drugs or alcohol, or have a medical condition that may affect your ability to participate safely
- Please inform a member of the organiser team of any medical conditions before departure
- The tour may be cancelled or suspended if weather conditions are considered unsafe by the Organiser Safety Team. The safety limits are a maximum wind speed of 14 knots and waves of up to 1 metre
- Please complete registration and arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time
- Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the organisers and sit in the seat assigned by the team
- Food and beverages are not permitted on board
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, including cameras, mobile phones, sunglasses, jewellery and other valuables. The organiser and its team are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings
- The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who arrive late
- Please check your ticket carefully to ensure that the date, time, location and age requirements are correct, and plan to arrive early
- Parking and valet services are not included in the ticket price

# Cancellation Policy

- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date

- In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event, the operator reserves the right to cancel the  activity. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund
