First: Booking and Entry Terms

• The amount paid is for entry only and is non-refundable.

• Bookings cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed.

• Please adhere to the scheduled booking time.

• Bookings will be considered canceled if the visitor is more than 30 minutes late, without any refund.

• Entry for children under 2 years is free.

Note: Harvest seasons are subject to change and may not be available on some visits.

Second: General On-Site Instructions

• Bringing outside food and beverages into the event site is prohibited.

• Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.

• Please respect public etiquette and the privacy of other visitors.

• All instructions from the organizing and guiding staff must be followed at all times.

Third: Children

• Children are not allowed in the Oasis area after 7:00 PM.

• A designated children’s area is available for a fee within the event site.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for handing over and collecting their children.

• Please ensure that children remain accompanied by their guardians in all permitted areas.

Fourth: Safety and Farm Preservation

• Picking crops, tampering with, or damaging plants outside designated areas is strictly prohibited.

• Visitors are responsible for their personal safety while moving around the farm.

• Please be cautious when walking in agricultural areas and open pathways.

• The event management is not responsible for lost or left-behind items.

• The event management is not liable for any injuries resulting from failure to follow the guidelines.

Fifth: Photography and Behavior

• Personal photography is allowed only.

• Commercial or professional photography is prohibited without prior permission from the event management.

• The event management reserves the right to remove any visitor who violates the rules or disturbs public order, without refund.

Sixth: Organization and Operations

• The event management reserves the right to modify or suspend any experience, or temporarily close certain areas or oases for organizational or operational reasons.

• The event is held outdoors, and some experiences may be affected by weather conditions.

• No refunds will be issued due to changes in weather conditions.
